Need help picking a class?
Our classes allow you to have fun, get fit and feel sexy. If you already have a workout routine, we suggest taking one strength and one flexibility class a week. Most first time students begin by taking one strength class a week during the first month. Next month, move up to two classes a week by taking a strength and flexibility class.
Strength – Pole Basics, PoleFit*, PoleCore, Aerial Pole and Silky Sundays
Flexibilty – Sexy-Flexy , FloorWork and BBT
Cardio – Cardio Pole, Twerk It!, ChairFit and CBC
For maximum results, add a cardio class to your weekly routine.

Please know this – PoleKittens Fitness does not train instructors/teachers in our regular classes. If you are interested in taking classes at our studio and wish to become an instructor in pole, exotic dance, or currently work for a dance studio or fitness center, or have plans to open a studio or are doing business research for such an endeavor, you must make us aware of this fact before you begin any class.
Our classes and workshops are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
